Sometimes the best fishing holes are a bit of a hike away, and some of those hikes can take you through tough terrain. This backpack lets you carry all your gear so your hands are free to catch yourself if you trip up on the trail. Padded shoulder straps ensure the backpack is comfy even when it's heavy, and the chest strap helps balance the load.
Webbing along the shoulder straps gives you a place to clip your keys, whistle, pliers, and other gear that needs to be easily accessible.
When you carry several poles in one hand, something is going to get tangled. The only thing worse than getting to your honey hole and having to spend a ton of time untangling your line is finding someone already there fishing. We can't keep people out of your favorite fishing spot, but we can help with the annoying untangling at least. This backpack has 2 sets of hook-and-loop straps sewn into each side, so you can carry up to 4 poles. The straps are far enough apart that you don't have to worry about your lines getting tangled. You just focus on giving that other fisherman a little healthy competition.
The pocket on the front of this cooler is water resistant, so it's a great place to store your fishing permits, wallet, cellphone, or other small items that you need to keep dry.
When you need to keep your lunch and your bait cool, but don't like the idea of worms or crickets being next to your food, you can just pop the divider in between them. Hook-and-loop strips keep the divider in place, even when your bait gets a case of the wiggles.
When you're ready to pack your fish for home, the dry bag inside this cooler will unroll so you have a little more space for those bigger fish. Now, don't expect to fit a swordfish in there, but it'll hold a freshwater bass lunker. You could fit a mess of crappie or perch in there too.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a look at this AO Cooler's fishing cooler backpack. This fishing backpack cooler is constructed from ballistic nylon, so this is going to be very durable and very tough and this is going to be perfect for those who'd like to have all of their gear in one spot. This backpack cooler is going to let you keep your poles, your tackle, bait and lunch and your days catch all in one easy to carry pack. And it's going to be perfect for those who like to hike to their favorite fishing spot. And if you're wondering how much this can hold, this can hold up to 18 12 ounce cans including ice to keep everything cold for you.
Now, this cooler does include this handle on the top that is going to allow for easy carry. And let me go ahead and give you an overhead view just so you can have a better view of the top. And this handle is very comfortable and this is actually going to load from the top. So I'm gonna go ahead and zip this open. And the zippers feel very rugged.
These are YKK zippers, so very smooth operation and they're going to hold up really well for you. And so this is going to load from the top and it features this interior dry bag. This dry bag is integrated into this cooler so it cannot be removed. Just so you're aware of that. And let me see if I can give you a good view of the inside there.
As you can see there is a divider in there and that can be removed. It's held in place by hook and loop fastener. So if you don't need that divider, that can be removed. But this is going to allow you to keep your ice and your cold items inside of this cooler keeping everything cool while you are out fishing. And then you can use this area to keep your lunch cold or keep your catch cold.
And so this is going to be very versatile in regards to how you can use this. And so you've got quite a bit of space in there. Like I said, this can hold up to 18 12 ounce cans along with your ice as well. And then when you're ready to close this, let me zoom back out here. You have a better view of this bag. When you are ready to close this you're just going to fold this about three times here, just like that I'm doing here. And then take these buckles here and buckle that together. And then that's going to close that dry bag and then just push that down and then you're gonna zip it shut. I also wanted to show you you have a mesh pocket here for storage. And like I said, zippers high quality zip it shut and you'll be good to go. Now taking a close up look at this again as you can see we have this zippered front pocket that's going to allow you to store dry items and items that will that you would want to have easily accessible right at hand and has this lower storage area as well. Again with the YKK zipper and two zipper poles. And this is going to allow you to fit up to three tackle trays and you have quite a bit of room in there. We also have this clear pocket that's right here as well. So this is going to just give you another place to store like your tackle trays. Those trays of course are not included and it's going to be very accessible for you. Now these hook and loop straps on either side are going to let you secure four fishing poles to the backpack. So as you can see, we have those straps on either side and these mesh pockets on the side are very roomy, very deep and that's going to allow you to hold items such as water bottles, drink bottles, things like that. Now these do have these adjustable padded shoulder straps with a chest strap here that's going to allow you to easily carry this. And we have a stitched webbing here on the shoulder strap that's going to allow for easy attachment of items that you want to keep close at hands if you wanted to attach it with your carabiners. And let me go ahead and just give you idea of what this is going to look like on your back. So let me see if I can slide into this real quick get my arm in and so it sits really comfortably on the back. So hopefully that kind of gives you an idea of what this looks like. And obviously this is empty, but when you have this loaded up, I think it's going to be pretty comfortable. The straps feel pretty comfortable as well. And this is just going to be a great way to minimize the items that you need to carry to the place that you are fishing at. So you're gonna be able to keep it all in this nice container, this nice cooler. Speaking of portability, let me give you some dimensions overall dimensions so you have an idea of just how big this item is. Beginning with the height from top to bottom. I measured this earlier and we are sitting at about 20 inches tall. The overall width, we are sitting right at about 13 inches wide. And the overall depth, we're sitting right at about 9-1/2 inches deep. So again, AO Coolers really do make high quality coolers. They're always, in my opinion, in my experience, very well constructed. They're made out of great materials, they feel like they're going to be durable and hold up over time. And really this is no exception. So if you are looking for an all in one fishing cooler backpack this is going to be a great item for you to consider. Well, that's going to conclude our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
